Electronic transcripts: Students may choose to send transcripts electronically to colleges and universities through the CFNC.org website. Only students with a CFNC account may send transcripts electronically. Counselors do not have the "rights" to send a student's transcript electronically.
US Mail: For transcripts to be mailed from the counseling center, students will need to complete a request form in the counseling center. The request requires you to place the reason for the transcript. Please complete the entire request form so the transcript can be mailed. If you do not want the counseling center to mail the transcript, please mark the appropriate block showing you will pick the transcript up yourself.
Official High School Transcripts - requests must be made at least two days prior to the date you need them.
NCAA Eligibility Center Transcripts - After registering with the NCAA Eligibility Center, students may request that high school transcripts be sent electronically to the Eligibility Center. Follow these directions to complete this process.
1. Log into the NCAA Eligibility website
2. Select "my planner"
3. Select "my tasks"
4. Students will see a message to submit a transcript request
5. Select "click here" from within the text to initiate the request
Students will then be directed to register with Docufide (parchment service). This is the company that is secure and is responsible for the handling of the electronic transcript. Complete the requested information. South Lenoir will be sent a request to download your transcript electronically. Process is complete. This is a very simple process and saves you time and money.

Current Career and College Promise Students (LCC Students)
If you are needing to send your LCC transcript to a college for admission purposes, there is now an online option where you can pay online and have your official LCC transcript sent. To send the transcript, visit the following link: https://www.lenoircc.edu/future/regtranscripts/. Once you are there, you will click on the link that is indicated in the screenshot below. When directed to the next page, you will be asked to input your personal information. Follow all instructions on each page. You may also need mailing information from the college before your transcript will be sent, so try to have that before you begin the process.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You will need to pick the CU Transcript option to send the correct transcript. DO NOT CHOOSE the CE option, ONLY CU! If you send the wrong one, it will not send an official transcript and you will not be refunded any money.
