Attached are the North Carolina Alpha Delta Kappa scholarship applications for qualifying high school seniors. If a student chooses to apply for one of the state scholarships, they must make sure they check which scholarship they are applying. If they do not wish for their application to be chosen for the state level, they should leave all boxes blank. Please read the descriptions carefully. This application will also be used to select an applicant for a scholarship from our local Nu chapter. Students that would like to apply, need to print out the application and write their information on the form. The application and all needed components (list of extracurricular activities and honors, transcript, personal statement, letters of recommendation) must be turned in to Mrs. Tyndall by 3pm on Monday, February 24th so it can be mailed to the scholarship chair. Anything after this date will eliminate them from consideration. One candidate and one alternate will be chosen for each state scholarship. The number and monetary amount of local scholarships will be determined by the Nu chapter.
