Student Ambassadors serve the college through service hours and events. They have intense leadership training in August and throughout the year. They meet twice a month and must serve the college in 3-5 service hours a week. They raise money for a leadership scholarship that was created a few years ago and have community service project. Work may not interfere with Ambassador duties.
Ambassadors receive a full in-state equivalent tuition and fees scholarship, leadership training, a suit, and other official gear.
Ambassadors are given a great opportunity to develop themselves and their leadership skills. The program is demanding but rewarding.
High school seniors are encouraged to apply. Applications are attached but can also be found online http://www.pittcc.edu/experience-pcc/clubs-and-organizations/student-ambassadors/#Application
Applications must be typed and are due February 9th. If you have any questions please contact Katelynn Speas at 493-7440.
